NovaVox S.r.l. is an Italian film and audiovisual production company with a strong international vision.
NovaVox was founded on the belief that cinema can transcend geographical, cultural, and linguistic boundaries, creating a space where stories, talents, and visions from different parts of the world can come together.
The name NovaVox — “A New Voice” embodies our identity: discovering new stories, supporting new perspectives, and empowering works that can speak to contemporary audiences.

Drita Rossi
Founder | President & CEO | Producer
Drita Rossi is a producer, writer, and communications professional working across film, audiovisual production, and international cultural projects.
She is the Founder, President and CEO of NovaVox S.r.l., an Italian company dedicated to film and audiovisual production, the development of international projects, and the creation of collaborations between filmmakers, artists, and production professionals from different countries. Her roles as President of the Board and CEO are formally registered with the Italian Companies Register.
She is also the Founder and Artistic Director of AmiCorti International Film Festival, an international platform created to promote independent cinema and to explore the power of film as a means of cultural dialogue, social awareness, and human connection.
Throughout her career, Rossi has brought together directors, actors, producers, screenwriters, film professionals, institutions, and academic partners from around the world, building international relationships through cinema, festivals, education, and cultural initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and a Master's degree in Communication and Media Cultures (LM-92) from the University of Turin. Her academic research has explored the role of film festivals as platforms for social change and their ability to connect cinema, culture, education, and society.
Her professional vision is rooted in the belief that cinema is more than entertainment: it is memory, responsibility, education, artistic expression, and a bridge between cultures.
Through NovaVox, she brings this vision into film production, developing films, international co-productions, and audiovisual projects designed to cross borders and connect with audiences worldwide.

Paul Haggis
Filmmaker | Screenwriter | Producer | Board Member
Paul Haggis is an internationally acclaimed filmmaker, screenwriter and producer, whose work has made a significant impact on contemporary cinema.
He wrote and directed Crash (2004), which won the Academy Award for Best Picture, with Haggis receiving the Oscar as one of the film’s producers. He also won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay, shared with Bobby Moresco, and was nominated for Best Director.
Haggis also wrote the screenplay for Clint Eastwood’s Million Dollar Baby, winner of four Academy Awards including Best Picture, earning Haggis an Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay. His story credit on Eastwood’s Letters from Iwo Jima brought another Academy Award nomination.
Throughout his career, his storytelling has frequently explored human relationships, moral conflict, social divisions, responsibility and the complexity of individual choices.
Today, Paul Haggis brings his extensive international filmmaking experience to NovaVox S.r.l. as a member of its Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s vision of developing ambitious stories and building creative collaborations across borders. His position as a NovaVox shareholder and Board member is recorded in the Italian Companies Register.

Nadia (Deniz) Motevaseli
Actress | Set Designer | Board Member
Nadia (Deniz) Motevaseli is an actress and set designer with an international outlook and a strong interest in cinema as a space for cultural exchange and artistic collaboration.
Her work connects performance, visual creativity and international film culture. She has also been involved with the AmiCorti International Film Festival, where she was recognized for her contribution to international cinematographic culture and representation. A 2024 report on the festival specifically identifies Nadia Deniz Motevaseli as an actress, set designer and representative of international film culture connected with Iran.
She is currently a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of NovaVox S.r.l., contributing to the company's international identity and to its mission of bringing together filmmakers, artists and creative professionals from different cultural backgrounds. Her position as a NovaVox Board member is officially recorded in the Italian Companies Register.
Within NovaVox, her perspective contributes to the development of a creative environment based on artistic collaboration, cultural diversity and international dialogue, supporting the company's vision of cinema as a universal language capable of connecting people and stories across borders.

Milad Mansouri
Writer | Director | Producer | Board Member
Milad Mansouri is an Iranian writer, film director and producer based in Italy, whose work is characterized by human-centered storytelling and a strong interest in social issues, identity, dignity and the experiences of people living across cultural and geographical boundaries.
He began his career in cinema with experimental short films and subsequently worked as an assistant director while developing his own projects. His filmography includes Kulbarf, Blocked, Left Right, Colorized and Nature’s Shot, among other works. His films have circulated internationally and received recognition at film festivals in several countries.
His feature film Kulbarf focuses on men and women living and working under extremely difficult conditions and became one of the key works of his early career.
In Italy, Mansouri strengthened his international filmmaking activity through collaborations and co-productions. In 2022, he wrote and directed Colorized, starring Steven Prescod, a short film addressing racial discrimination, human rights and identity.
His creative approach reflects a belief in cinema as a universal language capable of crossing borders and giving visibility to stories and individuals whose voices are too often unheard.
Alongside his work as a filmmaker, Mansouri contributes to the development of international film collaborations and serves as Creative Director of the AmiCorti International Film Festival.
He is also a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of NovaVox S.r.l., contributing his experience as a writer, director and producer to the company's development of original films and international co-productions. His position on the Board is officially recorded in the Italian Companies Register.
